Galactic Beauty, LLC and its affiliates ("MMSkincare", "we" or "us") protect your personal information. Galactic Beauty, LLC owns information collected on MMSkincare App and will not share it in ways different from what is described in this statement unless you authorize us to do so.

Your Personal Information

Galactic Beauty, LLC will collect personally identifiable information on the App when you attempt to register as an App user or otherwise choose to provide personally identifiable information to us. Personally, identifiable information is any information that can be used to identify or locate a particular person or entity. This may include, but is not limited to: business entity name and/or title with the applicable business entity, as well as your personal and/or business entity related e-mail address, mailing address, credit card (/debit card) information, product preferences, demographic information, and/or any other information requested on the applicable App user registration form. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, your bank account information shall be considered “Sensitive Information.”

It is necessary for Galactic Beauty, LLC to collect credit card (/debit card) and other personal information in order to authorize the release of funds from your credit card provider or bank. While we must collect this information to successfully process a credit card (/debit card) transaction, not all of this information is stored on our servers after the completion of your order. We store: your email address, an encrypted password that allows you to access your account within the Galactic Beauty, LLC system, your first and last name, your city, and your state. Galactic Beauty, LLC does not store: your street address, your phone number, or your credit card number, expiration date, or pin. Credit card and street address information must be entered each time you make a transaction in the Galactic Beauty, LLC system, and then passed to the third-party processing company through a secure encrypted gateway for authorization and are not subsequently saved on the Galactic Beauty, LLC servers.

When you register and/or log in, you must supply your name, email address and account password. This allows us to grant you access to your account every time you open the MMSkincare App. With your login and password, you can at any time update or remove supplied information.

When you purchase or return a product, we collect information about the transaction, such as product details and the date and location of the purchase/return. We may also ask you for information regarding your personal preferences and demographics to help us better meet better meet your needs

Use of Information

We may use information about you for various purposes, including to:

Facilitate and improve your in-store and online shopping experience;

Provide the products and services you request, process transactions and send you related information, including confirmations and receipts;

Respond to your comments, questions, and requests and provide customer service;

Communicate with you about products, services, offers, promotions, rewards, and events and provide news and information we think will be of interest to you;

Manage your online account(s) and send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages;

Personalize your online experience and provide advertisements, content or features that match your profile and interests;

Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities;

Process and deliver contest, promotion and sweepstakes entries, and rewards;

And carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected.

Galactic Beauty, LLC is based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using our MMSkincare App and/or Website or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries.
